Do you know that God loves you?  He cares about you so much that He desires a personal relationship with you.  Jesus is the answer to the questions and struggles that you may be facing.  He has a plan for your life.  So, what must you do to have this relationship with God?  You can have a relationship with God by following these simple steps

1.  You must realize that you are lost.  When Adam and Eve committed the first sin, man broke relationship with God.  From that time forward, everyone was born with a sinful nature.  So it does not matter how good of a person you are, you are lost.  The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."  Romans 3:23
2. You must understand that the consequence of sin is death.  Not just physical death, but spiritual death, which results in being separated from God forever.  The Bible says, "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned."  Romans 5:12
3. You must realize that God loves you so much, He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die and pay the price for your sins.  You must personally accept this free gift from God and confirm your belief in Jesus by openly confessing your faith in Jesus.  The Bible says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."  I John 1:9
4. You must ask Jesus Christ to come into your life as your Savior through a simple prayer like this:  Dear God, I know that my sin separates me from you.  Thank you for sending Jesus to save me.  I believe that He died for my sins and rose again.  I repent of my sins and ask you to come into my life.  Thank you for having a relationship with me.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.
